Talent & candidates (participant experience)

Individuals invited to showcase skills—not administrators.

Talent/Candidate personas typically observe only:

  • Dashboard: surfaces historical attempts, invitations outstanding, prompts toward skill insights.
  • Skill Profile: where they reconcile evidence of competency after completing instruments.

Administrative hubs such as Assessments CMS, Candidates directory, taxonomy libraries, Portfolio admin tooling should not render unless a misconfigured test account seeded wrong roles — treat as escalation to Product–Tech immediately.

How they arrive

Usually assessment invitations emailed or linked by prospective employers/partners funnel them straight into onboarding (/invites/[share-id] flows) where Sign Up collects profile attributes vs Sign In bridging existing credentials.

Operational reminder: mismatched-email sessions produce explicit error strings — clearing cookies/signing back in solves the majority of recruiter escalations routed to Slack.
