Partner experiences
Some organisations embed Skilladder assessments inside their own platform — an LMS, a hiring portal, or a job board. Participants in those programmes take assessments through the partner's interface rather than navigating directly to Skilladder.
What's different for partner participants
| Difference | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Entry point | A URL provided by the partner platform, not a standard Skilladder invite link |
| Branding | The assessment may display the employer's or partner's branding |
| Embedded view | The assessment may appear inside the partner's website rather than as a standalone page |
| Storage permission prompt | Safari and some other browsers ask the user to grant storage access when the assessment is embedded — this is expected and the participant must allow it to continue |
| Redirect after completion | On finishing, participants are usually sent back to the partner platform rather than to a Skilladder dashboard |
Common support issues
| Symptom | What to try |
|---|---|
| Blank screen or storage permission prompt that won't go away | Ask the participant to open the assessment URL in a new tab (not embedded), or try a different browser such as Chrome |
| "Token invalid" or "access denied" error | The access link has expired — the participant needs a fresh link from the partner platform |
| Stuck after submitting | Gather the original URL (with personal details removed) and the approximate time it happened; escalate to #producttech_cooking |
