Candidates
The Candidates section is a directory of everyone who has taken assessments at your company — or, for MCA users, across all their assigned companies.
What you can do here
- Search and filter candidates by name, assessment, status, or other criteria
- Open a candidate profile to see their assessment history, scores, and any role insights
- Export candidate data (requires the View results & analytics permission)
Who can see this section

| Company staff | Only with the View results & analytics permission enabled |
| Staff viewer | Read-only access |
| MCA | Combined view of candidates across all assigned companies |
| Platform admin | Full access |
| Directory admin | Does not see this section — Directory admins focus on content, not hiring operations |
| Talent / Candidate | Cannot see this section — participants only see their own Skill Profile |
Cross-company candidate data (MCA)
MCA users see a combined candidates list spanning all their assigned companies, with the company name shown alongside each candidate. Export permissions follow the same rules as for company admins — MCA access alone does not grant export rights.
