Participant — Skill Profile
Goal: Help a Talent or Candidate user find and understand their personal Skill Profile.
The Skill Profile shows a participant's evidenced skills and assessment history. It is personal — only they can see their own profile.
Who can do this: Talent and Candidate personas only. The Skill Profile is not available to administrator roles.
Steps
- Sign in to Skilladder.
- Click Skill Profile in the sidebar.
- Review the summary — it shows skills you've evidenced, assessment history, and any prompts for retakes or learning resources.
The profile builds up over time as you complete assessments — it won't be very detailed until at least one assessment has been submitted.
If the page looks empty
- Make sure your recent assessment was fully submitted, not just started.
- If you have a pending invite you haven't completed yet, see Accept an assessment invite to complete it.
- The profile may take a short time to update after submission — refresh after a few minutes.
If Skill Profile is not in the sidebar
The Skill Profile is only available to Talent and Candidate roles. If you're a company administrator or staff member and don't see it, that's expected — this feature is for the people taking assessments, not for the people administering them.
