Participant — accepting an enterprise invite

Goal: Help an enterprise primary contact set up their Skilladder account after being invited by a Platform administrator.

This guide is for the main contact at a new enterprise company who received an onboarding email from Skilladder.


Before you start

  • The invite link in the email expires. Act before the expiry date shown.
  • If the link has already expired, there is no self-serve extension — contact the Skilladder team to request a new invite.

Steps

  1. Open the invite link from the onboarding email.
  2. Follow the setup screens — these cover account creation, password setup, and any legal acknowledgements required.
  3. Once complete, you're directed to sign in.
  4. Sign in with the email address that received the invite and the password you just set.
