Participant — accepting an enterprise invite
Goal: Help an enterprise primary contact set up their Skilladder account after being invited by a Platform administrator.
This guide is for the main contact at a new enterprise company who received an onboarding email from Skilladder.
Before you start
- The invite link in the email expires. Act before the expiry date shown.
- If the link has already expired, there is no self-serve extension — contact the Skilladder team to request a new invite.
Steps
- Open the invite link from the onboarding email.
- Follow the setup screens — these cover account creation, password setup, and any legal acknowledgements required.
- Once complete, you're directed to sign in.
- Sign in with the email address that received the invite and the password you just set.
Common problems and fixes

| The link shows an error or says it's expired | Contact Skilladder support — the Platform admin needs to issue a new invite |
| Legal screen won't advance | Ensure all required fields and checkboxes are completed before clicking Continue |
